Name meaning: Vom (봄) means “spring” — not just the season, but the quiet promise it carries. It’s the gentle return of warmth, the stillness before bloom, the sense that something new is beginning just beneath the surface.

Sonagi is our take on takju, a naturally fermented rice wine that retains its creamy texture and live character. Made with California-grown sweet rice and wheat nuruk, this unpasteurized brew is bright, gently tart, and lightly effervescent.
With its delicate sweetness and tangy finish, Sonagi pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods — or stands on its own as a refreshing aperitif or digestif.
Name meaning: Sonagi (소나기) refers to a sudden rain shower — fleeting and vivid, arriving without warning and gone just as quickly. It’s the kind of rain that stirs the air, awakens the soil, and leaves everything glistening and alive.

Our rice wine is biodynamic, fostering an ecosystem of multiple yeasts and bacteria that can be beneficial to human health. This natural fermentation process brings such complexity with unique flavor notes and aroma despite of its simple ingredients.
